In NATURE, I examine digitality in relation to nature. What information and resources does digitality offer us, and how are we ourselves wired in the modern digital age? Digital content informs and educates us, and shapes our personalities. Do the possibilities and limitations of the digital realm thus already manifest in the structure of our personalities? Are we now constructed solely for communication via digital structures, while other forms exceed our mental capacities? Or are we more informed, better trained, faster, and more scientific than purely natural structures would ever allow? After all, nature, too, has flaws, obstacles, and weaknesses. A lack of access to information, education, contact, supply chains, transportation, and the like… can also mean illiteracy, HIV, and conditions akin to those in the Third World… :€
..Constant interaction and comparison with others—both in our immediate circles and further afield—prompt us to reflect on ourselves, our views, and our interests, while creating new goals and horizons to strive for. Engaging with other people and their opinions leads us to engage with ourselves. Ideally, this fosters a collective consciousness and a shared foundation of knowledge. Deeper exchange yields more profound insights and a more informed process of personal development—one that results in fewer transgressions against oneself, the environment, and others. Digital structures rapidly bring people, opinions, information, educational resources, and facts within our reach, enabling personal development to unfold without restriction.

The flow of information is accessible anytime, anywhere in the world, and across a variety of activities. It is independent, purposeful, personalized, and informative. It offers glimpses into other worlds and presents perspectives from across the globe, spanning diverse cultures and activities. It fosters individual experiences and enables a broad outlook and a global perspective—without the need to have physically visited every place. Content created by individuals brings a sense of security and freedom. Images and videos manifest as signs and gestures, facilitating communication and the exchange of shared interests and goals. Shared goals or interests connect people, giving rise to communities and friendships—even without physical encounters—while also paving the way for real-life meetings. In NATURE, a very few AI-generated elements blend with imagery from around the world (sourced from TikTok) and a collage-like mix of own photographies of cityscapes, various locations, and the artist herself—who seems to have been everywhere, even swimming in a pool of flowers. Underlying it all is our eternal longing for communication, experience, and a sense of belonging. Glitches dissolve the unfolding events and the flow of information into distinct fragments of thought.
Digital worlds foster immersion, absorption, and recollection. Thoughts lose themselves within the structures—amidst images, words, and forms to which one’s own thoughts and fragments of memory attach, connecting, renewing, refreshing, refining, correcting, and completing themselves. Significant strides are made in experience—experiences that extend beyond the digital worlds themselves. Learning, demonstrating, and explaining come to fruition; visits can be made, and encounters and observations become possible. It is akin to an illiterate person learning to read and write: the vocabulary and conceptual structure of the surrounding world are formed and developed. Phenomena and objects can be described in words, allowing appropriate actions to manifest and enabling one to grasp and understand one’s environment. Proper and improper behavior are given a name. Experiences can be recognized as such, and structures identified and understood.

Sounds constantly form new connections, emerging as if they were from a collective. They transform in relation to one another, giving rise to unexpected connections. The individual sounds are diverse in nature and bear no inherent relationship to one another. What precedes and follows a sound shapes its evolution within our perception. Sounds blend like colors in a painting: structures emerge and dissolve, taking shape and flowing together or becoming obscured. A cohesive whole does not arise from uniformity or mere resemblance. Sounds evoke varied associations, regardless of their origins. The sources in constant interaction are diverse, spanning instrumental, creative, and electronic origins.
Digital worlds take shape within and through sound as well, and the experience of digital structures is just as much auditory as it is visual. Sonic associations blend with one another and with the visual, altering how things are perceived; meanings are transformed, colored, or created. Like flowing paint, sounds fill the space and generate a movement that feels almost performative. Thoughts, feelings, and a sense of belonging can be expressed through sound, not merely through images and language.
Sounds allow us to forget the surrounding space and time, creating a new space within space and a new time within time. They connect the people who listen to them together. As the sounds begin, so does their shared time in a shared space—a space that transforms and takes on new characteristics. This new connection between people, time, and space extends into structures of communication and exchange, giving rise to situational experiences. Experiencing sound in a spatial, situational context is a unique event that transcends the medium itself. In my sound works, I aim to explore sonic structures and their significance within the digital realm; I investigate how the perception of content might be altered or enhanced by incorporating the element of sound, and how the „third aspect“ of communication—generated by sound—comes into play.
My sound work reveals everyday and functional sounds, bringing them into conscious awareness. They resonate rhythmically through the space, blending with meditative tones from a Japanese mini handpan and a singing bowl. The gong holds special significance in Buddhism; when sounded at intervals, it represents the Om itself. Om is a sacred syllable in Buddhism and Hinduism, regarded as the primordial sound of the universe and chanted as a mantra during meditation. Meditation is a form of prayer in which the mind is guided toward nothingness and complete emptiness. Thoughts and feelings—as well as their origins—become conscious. This process of „centering“ fosters reflection on the structures of the self, cultivating a more mindful and balanced individual.
New forms of social and aesthetic behavior and perception are emerging in so-called cyberspace. A fusion of science and art, of commerce and intellect, frequently occurs. Instead of physical architecture, virtual spaces and data landscapes are entered and explored. Cyberspace—initially two-dimensional—becomes a three-dimensional experience as the interface barrier between physical space and data space dissolves in our perception. The goal is to reconcile atoms and bits into a unified structure (cf. Cyberhypes, 2001, p. 217). Digitization itself challenges the analog foundations of the arts, music, and sound—including their materials and tools—while reinventing, abbreviating, or simplifying them. In the eyes of some observers, fictional and documentary imagery, still and moving pictures, and written, spoken, and sung words transform into a „bit salad.“ My digital and experimental art forms and sound works draw upon these structures and methods, examining the interfaces of perception. Colors or to tones lose their distinct qualities and bleed into one another; this analog fluidity continues into digital processing, where it is perceived and interpreted individually. Experimental sounds explore not only their origins but also their significance and perception within a global context. Historical or classical origins blend with random or industrial elements from physical or digital spaces, establishing a fluid comparison between them. Rhythm replaces structure; these sounds emerge like an abstract image, exploring their own perception and their role in creating communicative spaces.

Self-imposed bodily shackles place you in a position you do not even notice—or, if you do, one you deem correct. Re-learning enables you to free yourself. You gain insight into flaws in your knowledge and in your perception of yourself and the world; subsequently, you become aware of your own thinking and behavior—specifically those habits rooted in insecurity or defensiveness—and can begin to change them. Free yourself from your self-created bodily shackles.
%Digitality frees us from the shackles of our own bodies. We are trapped in ignorance and disconnection&%^$
Hieroglyphs transform into intelligible information. What you previously rejected—trapped as you were within the shackles of your own body—now serves to inform you. Digital knowledge—in the form of text, images, video, AI, and more—shapes who you are, allowing you to become part of a global collective that, in turn, shapes you and liberates you from those bodily shackles. The shackles of your own body—which you yourself have forged—force you into an unfavorable, defensive, and helpless position, leading you to believe in many things that are false. You must break free from this. The digital realm is the path forward, and it creates your liberated self.
Like a high-rise with two roof sides. Top and bottom are identical, as are back and front. Cryptic symbols form small towers, each demanding to be understood. This jumble of cryptic text reveals itself to be as diverse as the cultures are. Text is a linguistic medium that conveys information and facilitates exchange. Knowledge is renewed through language. Progress relies on language, and science is progress. From a logical standpoint, science is a system of correspondence in which all components must be understood in order to become a balanced, perfect human being—free from flawed thinking and erroneous decision-making.

digitality :fight against your own bodily shakles
.
nature is here not understood as natural beauty than as origin human situation of disconnection, ignorance, self-obsession and shortcut mistake which causes unfortunate mindsets and mental diseases. Digitality and its global information and communication structures helps to fix that problem.
Self-imposed bodily shackles place you in a position that you may not even notice—or, if you do, one that you mistakenly believe to be correct. Re-learning enables you to set yourself free. You gain insight into the shortcomings in your current knowledge, as well as in your perception of yourself and the world; subsequently, you begin to recognize your own patterns of thought and behavior—including habits rooted in insecurity or defensiveness—and can start to change them. Free yourself from these self-imposed bodily shackles.
